• For hygiene and safety, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds on Lev underwear unless there’s a manufacturing defect, or we sent you the wrong item or size. But don’t worry—we’ve put extra love into our size charts to help you find the perfect fit, so you can shop with confidence!
  If the item you received has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, please send us an email on levwear.eg@gmail.com with the order number and attach a photo of the item and we will address it right away.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.
